Hartford House Wedding – Kylee + Mark

Kylee and Mark have a couple of daschunds named Frank and Bean. They love animals, their families, friends and traveling. Their were no dogs at their wedding but there was a four week old kitten and loads of loved ones who had traveled in from all over the world. When Kylee and I first chatted about their wedding pics she mentioned that she might want some pics with horses and a perhaps a hay stack. Good thing they got married at Hartford House which is on Summerhill stud farm here in Natal and has around 800 horses in the vicinity. Horse and haystack photos solved!

Hartford House is one of my favourite venues to shoot at in South Africa. It is nestled in the countryside near Mooi River and besides all it’s herds of horses which make my heart so happy, it serves up some of the best food I have ever eaten! There is no doubt that all the equine activity involved in this wedding had my heart busting at the seams but I mainly loved shooting this wedding because it was my second wedding with the Leatham family and this made it even more special.

Kylee, Mark, family and bridal party. Thanks so much for making us feel a part of this magical day and for looking after us so well. We really loved your wedding and wish you all the best for the future.

Kylee and Mark were abroad when I got this blog together so her Mom kindly got the credits together. Thanks Laura x

Having family out from all over the world made this wedding so sentimental and special.
It was just perfect … The beautiful setting of HH, the relaxed, personal ceremony by Pastor Paul, the food as only Hartford can do … The speeches…no dry eyes, the party…and the guests, Kylee’s and Marks favorite people in the world. What a wedding
