Meletlo Celebrations Zimbali Wedding – Penny + Khalil

If I only had one word to describe Penny and Khalil I would use the word regal for Penny and charismatic for Khalil. The two of them left me feeling somewhat in awe and I have to say that Khalil gave one of the best grooms speeches I have ever heard!

Although it may not look like it these two are not spring chickens and so the thought of having traditional wedding involving loads of posed portraits was not for them. They wanted their wedding to be a celebration where they could give thanks for the blessing of their love and the blessings in their life. They treated their guests to an elegant experience that involved beautiful music, flowers, incredible food, champagne and dancing. This sounds awfully posh but there was a down to earth spirit of fun at their wedding and Penny, Khalil, friends and family partied like there was no tomorrow!

Huge thanks to Tshego from Meletlo Celebrations for looking after everyone so well and to Penny and Khalil for picking me to photograph your special memories.
