Keri and Larry are the type of couple who live life large! They met online through Linkedin of all things, but it was actually their mutual love of action sports like trail running and obstacle courses which brought them together. These crazy kids have done the Warrior Race and the Impi challenge together. I had never heard of obstacle course trail running before I met them, and once the wedding was done and dusted I had a look at what it was all about. After seeing photos of these events it is clear to see it is definitely not a walk in the park but rather an action packed adrenalin filled race where the body is pushed to the limit all in the name of fun. I would personally rather go for a dip in the ocean than hurl myself over cargo nets, climb under barb wire fences and clambor through mud pits, but if we were all the same the world would be a dull place and I definitely take my hat off to them, they are hardcore that is for sure!
Both Keri and Larry are social bunnies with close sets of friends. Larry is very involved in their Shul and the Jewish community so it was therefore important for them to have a traditional Jewish wedding. But there was a twist, they didn’t want all the fuss of a traditional wedding when it came to photography. My instructions were to limit posed photos to an absolute bare minimum and capture the overall spirit of the day in an unpretentious manner.
Keri and Larry thanks for everything. Wishing you a lifetime of happy memories and lots of love – I will never ever forget your Hora and your first dance was tops too!!!
And now for a few words from the bride
Our special day was a magical Summer wonderland filled with tranquility, happiness, laughter and memorable moments: we loved every minute of our traditional Jewish wedding! The decor was magnificent and the blue lighting filled the room with a beautiful peaceful ambiance. The food was superbly delicious and the unique nature of the speeches made them extra hilarious. Jackie and Tash, our incredible photographers undoubtedly captured every precious moment brilliantly. But best of all was the vibrant atmosphere and the happy vibe in the room. The people, the Rabbi, our family and closest friends, made the night beyond memorable for us. Everyone danced and laughed and drank copious amounts of alcohol and participated in all the festivities – they loved the wedding as much as we did. There are no words to adequately describe how much we loved our wedding and how blessed and at peace we felt from the morning of our wedding day until the time we left the hall, as Mr & Mrs Krug.
